The Production Platform manager will be responsible for developing the operating teams’ technical capability and working collaboratively within a cross-functional team to set and execute our strategy for product discovery and development. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications • Bachelors or master’s degree in plant biology, entomology, molecular biology or related areas • 5+ years industrial experience • Ability to work in team settings • Strong analytical skills • Exceptional written and oral communication Preferred Qualifications • PhD in plant biology, entomology, molecular biology or related areas • Experience in plant biology, entomology or related areas • Microbiology experience Competencies • Flexibility/adaptability to change • Accountability • Decision making • Contributing to Team Success • Planning and Organizing • Tenacity
